Over the last 10 years, he has been working with Entrepreneurs, CEO’s, and Investors to expand the opportunities available in the space and explore ways to connect deal makers throughout Asia-Pacific and the UK.

Andrew has over 25 years financial, legal and corporate experience.
Throughout this period he has worked with companies and boards assisting with various aspects of their businesses including fundraising (both equity and debt), acquisitions, divestments, due diligence, general business agreements and day to day business affairs. Andrew has a background in accounting and law and operates various advisory businesses and is an officeholder to various companies.

Paul has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years and has extensive experience in investment markets, technology, banking, risk management and insurance.
Paul is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Hearts and Minds Investments Ltd, an ASX listed investment company. Paul is the former Managing Director of Commonwealth Securities Ltd (CommSec) and Australian Investment Exchange Ltd (Ausiex) and prior to that
the Managing Director of Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society Ltd.
Chris Flavell

Chris is a founding Director of AraCapital Investments, an Australasian “Private Capital” firm, targeting growth and expansion capital investments up to around $50 million enterprise value. Sector focus includes renewable energy, cleantech, healthtech, IT services and software. Chris is a former Director of JP Morgan, Ord Minnett and Southpac and held senior roles specialising in investment banking and corporate finance. Chris holds a Science degree and a MBA from Otago University. He is also a of the Institute of Chartered Accountant ANZ (CA).
